Shipping and delivery
Nothing is posted. Here is how it actually reaches you
Nikhil Seth sells no physical goods through My IVYLeague Prep, and never has. There is no parcel, no courier, no tracking number and no waiting at home for a delivery. What ₹99 buys is a report that unlocks on the screen you are already looking at, with a PDF you can download and keep. This page says how quickly that happens and what to do if it does not.

Nothing is shipped, anywhere, ever
We do not ship physical goods. Not printed reports, not certificates, not workbooks, not welcome packs. Nothing we sell has a weight or a dimension, so there is no dispatch, no shipping partner, no consignment number and no delivery window to be at home for. If anyone contacts you claiming to be delivering a parcel on our behalf and asking for money, it is not us.
Nor is there anything to schedule. The ₹99 unlock does not include a counselling session, a call, or any of our time — it is the written report and nothing else, and the terms list what is in it and what is not. So “delivery” here means one thing: a document becoming available to you. That is the honest thing to put on a page with this title.
How the report reaches you
The full readiness report is delivered electronically, to the account that paid for it. When your payment is confirmed, the result page you were already on reloads with everything unlocked — the eight pillars, the working-style profile and the essay critique — and the full PDF becomes downloadable from the same screen. A receipt is emailed to you at the same time. All of that happens within 5 minutes of payment, and in practice within a few seconds.
“Confirmed” is doing real work in that sentence. We unlock nothing on the strength of a browser saying a payment went through; we wait for the gateway to tell our server directly, over a signed channel, that the money was actually captured. That is normally instant. On a slow bank or a patchy connection it can take longer, and during those seconds the money has left your account but the report has not yet opened. Nothing has gone wrong. The payment screen keeps asking our server on your behalf and moves you on by itself the moment the answer changes, so the right thing to do is wait rather than pay again.
- It stays unlocked in your account. Sign in from any device and it is there — you are not relying on one email surviving in one inbox, and you never pay twice for the same report.
- A receipt is emailed to the address on your account when the payment settles, so you have a record of it independently of us.
- The report downloads as a PDF. There is nothing to install and nothing that expires — download it, keep it, print it at home, take it to a counsellor.
If it has not opened
Three steps, in this order, and the third one is the one that matters.
First, in the first minute
Stay on the page. It is already asking our server every few seconds whether the payment has landed, and it will take you to the unlocked report on its own. Do not pay again — a second payment for the same report is refunded, but it is a week of waiting you did not need to do.
Then, after a few minutes
Sign in again and open your result. Entitlement is read fresh from the database on every visit, so if the confirmation reached us while your phone was on a bad connection, the report will simply be open. Check the junk or promotions folder of the email address you signed up with for the receipt while you are there.
Then, if 24 hours have passed
If the money has left your account and there is still nothing to open 24 hours later, that is our failure and not yours. Write to talktous@ivybootcamps.com or ring +91 70650 11173 during Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST, with the payment reference and the email address you used. We will either unlock it or refund you in full — your choice. The refunds policy sets out the timings.
Where we deliver to
Delivery is to the account that paid, and to the email address that account was created with. We do not deliver to a second address, and we do not send a report to anybody who is not signed in to the account that bought it — a report containing a student's essays and a written assessment of them is not something to email to whoever asks for it.
It follows that giving us a working email address you can actually get into is your responsibility, and it is worth a moment's care at signup. A typo in a domain name, a school address that is closed over the holidays, or an inbox that is full will all stop the receipt arriving, and none of them is something we can see from our side. The report itself is unaffected either way: sign in and it is there.
If you realise the address was wrong, write to us from the address you meant to use and we will correct it and resend. We will check the account belongs to you before we do.
Delivery charges
There are none, because there is no delivery to charge for. No shipping fee, no handling fee, no packaging fee, no courier surcharge, no rush-delivery option and nothing added at checkout for any of them. The ₹99 on the terms page is the whole amount your family pays, once.
Who we can deliver to
Anybody with an internet connection. The assessment is sat online and the report is read online, so a student in a small town is served exactly as a student in a metro is, and an Indian family living abroad is served too. There is no serviceable-pincode list, because a pincode has nothing to do with it.
All prices are in Indian rupees and are charged in Indian rupees. If you pay from outside India your bank may apply its own currency conversion and charges, which are between you and your bank and are not something we see or receive.
Something not opened
Tell us and we will sort it
A family that has paid and cannot see what they paid for should not have to wait to be believed. Ring us and we will look at the account while you are on the phone.
