A real address, a real phone, and a person who answers it
My IVYLeague Prep is used by families making a decision about a child's university application, often after reading a website for twenty minutes and no more. So everything you would want in order to check that there is a real business behind it is on this page, in one place, with nothing hidden behind a form.
The business
IVYBootcamps is the brand you see. Below is where we work, and what the service you are using is.

- Thryve Coworking, Plot No 3, First Floor, Next to Neelam Chowk Metro Station, 18/1, Mathura Road, Faridabad, Haryana 121007, India

Please telephone before coming in — counsellors are usually with families or on calls, and an unannounced visit may find nobody free to sit down with you.
Talk to us
Outside those hours the phone will not be answered, and we would rather say so than let it ring. Email anything that is not urgent — a message left overnight is picked up the next working morning, and you will have a written trail of what you asked, which is worth having.
Grievance Officer
A complaint is not the same thing as a question, and it should not have to fight its way through the same queue. The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 require a named officer with a designation, reachable directly. Ours is named here.

What we commit to
- Every complaint acknowledged within 48 hours of reaching us, with a reference you can quote back.
- Resolved within 30 days of being raised, with the outcome and the reasoning in writing — including when the answer is no.
- One named person following it through, so you never have to explain it twice to different people.
If you are writing about a payment
Have these to hand and we can usually answer in the first reply rather than the third.
- The receipt number. It is on the receipt emailed to you when the payment went through. If you cannot find it, your bank statement or UPI app will show a payment reference — that works too.
- The email address the account uses. Not necessarily the one you are writing from. Families often pay from a parent's phone against a student's account, and we look up the account rather than the sender.
- The date and the amount. The date the money left your account, and how much. Between them, those two find the payment even when every reference has been lost.
Never send us a full card number, a CVV, an OTP or a UPI PIN, and be suspicious of anybody who asks for one — we do not, we never will, and we could not use them if you did. Payments are handled by our payment gateway and card details do not reach us at all. What we refund and how long it takes is set out on the cancellation and refunds page.
If we have not put it right
We would much rather fix it ourselves, and 30 days is the outside limit we hold ourselves to. But you should not have to take our word for what happens after that, so here is where else you can go.
About your personal data or your child's
Raise it with our Grievance Officer first — the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 expects that — and if you are not satisfied with the answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. The Act's operative rules commence around 13 May 2027, and our privacy notice explains what we hold, why, and how to ask for a copy or a deletion.
About a purchase, a refund or the service
You can also complain free of charge to the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
Any dispute is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Faridabad, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
Before you decide
Ring us. It is a short call
Whether the assessment is worth your child's forty minutes, what the full report actually contains, what the essay critique looks like — all of it is easier said than read. There is no charge for asking and nobody will chase you afterwards.
